The organic herbs in Zen Zzz's were hand chosen with love and paired with one another to calm your mind, body and soul. This is a perfect blend to help you relax, unwind and prepare for a deep restorative sleep. Valerian, an adaptogen, is known as natures calming sleep herb and skullcap stimulates a neurotransmitter (GABA), that calms nerves and supports melatonin regulation. These are Alex's two favorite herbs in this blend!
Ingredients:
chamomile (matricaria recutita)*, valerian root (valeriana officinalis)*, skullcap (scutellaria lateriflora)*, wild lavender (lavandula angustifolia)*, passion flower (passiflora incarnata)*

Steeping Instructions:
Boil water to 80oC - place 1tsp of loose leaf tea into your infuser - steep for 2-6 minutes
