Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan. These over night oats make a delicious breakfast or quick snack when you are busy and on the run!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any kind of DF milk)
  • 1/2 cup Gluten Free, Organic, Sprouted Oats (my favorite brand is One Degree Organic Foods)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsps Vanilla Protein Powder (my favorite is Genuine Health Fermented Vanilla Protein Powder)
  • 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries (or any berries!)

Instructions

  1. Add the almond milk, oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon in a mason jar. Put the lid on and shake it up to combine and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To serve, stir well and top with your berries of choice. Enjoy!
