Berry Protein Overnight Oats

Gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, vegan. These over night oats make a delicious breakfast or quick snack when you are busy and on the run!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any kind of DF milk)
- 1/2 cup Gluten Free, Organic, Sprouted Oats (my favorite brand is One Degree Organic Foods)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsps Vanilla Protein Powder (my favorite is Genuine Health Fermented Vanilla Protein Powder)
- 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Blackberries (or any berries!)
Instructions
- Add the almond milk, oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and cinnamon in a mason jar. Put the lid on and shake it up to combine and refrigerate overnight.
- To serve, stir well and top with your berries of choice. Enjoy!
