Almond Butter & Jam Chia Pudding
Paleo, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Sugar Free & no added sugar! This recipes is quick easy and a staple to have on hand for snacks!

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk (or any DF milk)
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 2 tbsps All Natural Almond Butter
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds with the almond milk and whisk well, making sure all the seeds are incorporated. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes or overnight to thicken.
- In a small bowl, mash the raspberries until they resemble jam.
- Layer the chia seed pudding in a jar, top with the raspberry jam and almond butter. Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
MAKE AHEAD! You can make a big batch ahead of time and keep it in the fridge. It will last 5 days sealed in the fridge.
