Chickpea Free Hummus
This chickpea free, gluten free, dairy free, anti-inflammatory hummus is the perfect snack, dressing or dip!

Ingredients
- 2 cups Chopped Zucchini
- 1/2 cup Organic Tahini*
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 3 cloves Organic Garlic
- 1/2 Ground Turmeric
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200F. Place your garlic cloves with the skin on on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Roast till golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
- Roughly chop zucchini and add to food processor. Once the garlic is roasted, remove the skin and add garlic and all other ingredients to the food processor.
- Process till it is fully mixed and has a creamy consistency. You may have to stop occasionally to scrape down the sides.
- Taste test along the way to add your salt and pepper!
- Place in a bowl and enjoy with veggies, crackers or any way you would like! This hummus will keep for 5-7 days in the fridge and freezes really well for up to 6 months.

*Ensure your tahini does not contain any inflammatory oils or other ingredients.
