Alex has carefully created 6 yoga sequences to help you reduce stress, feel more centered, feel more grounded and in alignment with who you truly are.
Stress is so much more than what we think stress is, mental stress. Stress comes in all shapes and sizes and from so many different areas. Stress can be from food sensitivities, chemicals, toxins, mental, emotional, physical, parasites, bacteria, financial, relationship and the list goes on!
Improve Energy
Yoga is such a beautiful practice to help us move stuck energy, release unwanted energy and to cultivate new energy. This new energy that you cultivate on your mat will help reshape 2021 so you can achieve your goals while feeling your best.
This 6 week yoga session will not only help you shift your energy on an energetic level but also on a physical level. You will feel less fatigued and more energized for everything you set out to do in 2021.
Feel Empowered
Feeling empowered feels different to everyone and yoga can provide. You get to honor your body and intention with each posture and pranayama we do together.
Feel empowered by gaining strength, slowing down, showing up on your mat every week for you or taking time to show yourself how much you love and care for yourself. Yoga is an act of self love. Balance is created and happiness is fostered on your mat.

DURATION: 6 Weeks, 1 hour every Thursday evening

Meet Your Instructor - Alex Muirhead!
Alex has been doing yoga for as long as she can remember. She begin dabbling in it when she was young. It wasn’t until after she graduated from her Undergraduate Degree from the University of Guelph, when her deep love for yoga really began. Yoga was a big part of Alex’s health journey recovering from an autoimmune disease and severe hormone imbalances. Yoga helped Alex reclaim her health and feel vibrant again!
Alex completed her 200hr YTT RYT in Vinyasa and teaches flow, yang-yin, prenatal and postnatal yoga! She completed her training with a Yoga Alliance Certification. She has plans on furthering her yoga education since she is a life long student!
