Clarity Breathwork is based on the idea that the majority of people do not breathe to their full limit. The goal for a Clarity Breathwork teacher is to teach people how to breathe fully. This may release the emotional energy that keeps them stuck.

Vivation is the pleasurable breathwork and meditation technique whose primary aim is the quick and permanent resolution of your suppressed negative emotions. This includes both the superficial sources of stress, as well as deep seated traumas and core wounds.

Rebirthing Breathwork
This type of breathwork is based on the premise that all humans carry with them the trauma of their birth experience. The goal of Rebirthing is to help people release energy blockages that have been stored in the body and mind due to long term trauma. In this specific treatment deep relaxation is used to promote brain waves that lead to the release of subconscious issues and pent-up energy.

My Personal Experience
When I encounter stressful situations I have learned to do a quick 5 minute breathwork exercise that helps my mind slow down and relax in these times! Wim Hof has definitely become a new experience in my life and I can’t wait to learn more on my journey.
